A single sentence captures our essence:

Every social system is a book,
but the more organization
that you have between the ears,
the less you need to read
between the covers.

We arrived at this philosophy over the past several decades, as our work evolved from small-group dynamics, to organization structure, to strategy and strategic thinking. Our group-process consulting convinced us that significant change requires structural solutions that go beyond interpersonal relations. But the more that we addressed structures and systems, the more we realized that the root barriers to individual and organizational development are patterns of thinkingómeta-cognition. Our distinctive competence is helping to create cognitive capital.

The graphic Conceptual Trajectory depicts our development in terms of Robert Keidelís four books.
